1. About these Terms

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the Laptics platform ("Laptics", "we", "our platform"), including the website, the Laptics Capture desktop application, and related services. By creating an account or using any Laptics feature, you fully agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

2. Who we are

Laptics is currently operated by Mindvertising Marketing Digital Ltda. (Brazilian company registration/CNPJ 55.121.591/0001-47), based in Sumaré, Brazil, while Laptics' definitive legal entity is being formed. Once formalized, these Terms will be updated to reflect the new company name, without changing the conditions you already agreed to.

3. What Laptics is

Laptics is a telemetry analysis and AI coaching platform for sim racing (iRacing, Assetto Corsa, ACC and others). We capture driving session data through the Laptics Capture app, process that telemetry, and generate reports, comparisons and driving recommendations.

4. Registration and account

To use Laptics you need to create an account with a valid email and password. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity on your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Plans, credits and payments

We offer a free plan with usage limits and a paid PRO plan, plus one-off credit packages for AI analyses. Payments are processed via Stripe (Stripe Link); we do not store credit card data on our servers. PRO subscriptions are recurring and can be canceled at any time, taking effect at the end of the already-paid period. For your first purchase, you have a 7-day right of withdrawal under Brazilian consumer law (CDC art. 49), provided the service has not yet been fully used. One-off credits do not expire but are non-refundable once consumed.

6. User-generated content and community

Sessions, laps and comparisons you capture may, by default, be visible to other Laptics community pilots — you control this visibility (public, private, or password-protected) at any time in Settings. By making content public, you authorize other users to view it within the platform.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) attempt to access other users' systems or data without authorization; (b) reverse-engineer, copy or redistribute the platform; (c) use Laptics for unlawful purposes or in violation of integrated simulators' terms of use (e.g., iRacing); (d) deliberately overload our infrastructure.

8. Intellectual property

All Laptics software, branding, design and original content are owned by or licensed to us. Telemetry data you capture remains yours, but you grant us a license to process, store and display it as needed to provide the service.

9. AI coaching — nature of the service

Analyses and recommendations generated by the AI Coach are based on artificial intelligence models and are informational/educational in nature. We do not guarantee any specific lap-time improvement, absolute accuracy of captured telemetry, nor do we replace the judgment of the driver or a qualified human coach.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Laptics is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss arising from use of the platform. Our total liability, where applicable, is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months.

11. Cancellation and termination

You may close your account at any time via Settings or by emailing us. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with notice when reasonably possible.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated by email or an in-platform notice. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by Brazilian law. The courts of Sumaré, São Paulo, Brazil, have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes, to the exclusion of any other venue, however privileged.
